Manufacturing Process
The Czochralski method involves heating raw materials to their melting point to form a molten solution. A single crystal seed is then introduced to the surface, where temperature differences cause the solution to solidify on the seed's surface. As the seed is slowly pulled upward while rotating, the molten solution solidifies at the liquid-solid interface, forming a symmetrical single crystal ingot with the same structure as the seed.
