Czochralski method, or CZ method for short. After the crystal has grown and completed the process of disengaging from the crucible, the crystal must be slowly cooled and cooled in the furnace, and the cooling process must be used to anneal the crystal to eliminate the internal stress accumulated by the crystal during the growth period, to avoid the residual internal stress, causing the crystal to crack when cooling due to the release stress. After annealing is complete, turn off the heating voltage and continue to cool, and then remove the sapphire crystals when the temperature in the furnace drops to room temperature to continue the subsequent analysis process.
